All our orders are shipped out with DHL, UPS, DPD, or FedEx. They make it possible for me to ship my artwork worldwide and still keep high-quality artwork. My art studio is based in London.
HOW LONG DOES THE SHIPPING TAKE?

- US 5-7 Business Days Shipping
- Rest of the World 5-10 Business Days Shipping
- No delivery to P.O. Boxes
If you ordered from a P.O. BOX and can't receive the package, you need to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We can always send it to your family or friend instead. When we have the new info we can update the shipping information to the shipping carriers so they can change the receiver/address.
HOW ARE THE ARTWORKS SHIPPED?
The art prints are rolled and shipped out in a thick and protective cardboard tube to protect them against damage (no frame included). The canvas art is shipped "ready to hang" right out of the box.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will first get an email where we confirm your order is paid and ready to be shipped out. After the first email, you will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Just double-check to make sure it didn't land in your Junk folder, as emails sometimes end up there by accident. If you did not get any email with a tracking link or there are no tracking updates, please send us an email with the name or email you made the order with to email@example.com and we will help you to track your order.
HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE?
The fulfillment takes between 1-4 business days depending on how many orders we have + the shipping time is 4-10 business days, shipping time depends on the destination. It's important to keep in mind that we are printing these orders on request, not sending out items from printed stock. So it does take us a couple of days extra to get everything ready.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?
Register your return via email@example.com. After registration, you will receive an email containing instructions and address details. You are responsible for postage and shipping/customs costs. Your return package must be well-protected.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
All customers according to European law have 14 days to regret their buying. The 14 days start from the day you pick up the product. We will refund the amount back to you within 14 days of your cancellation. The product you wish to return must be returned to us within 14 days after you're cancellation. The product must be in the same condition as when you received it. All costs related to the return (shipping and customs) will happen on your own account. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to get the address for shipping back your order.
Note: All orders that are bought on SALE or a coupon code (over 14% off) are not included in our return policy at tooaces.com. The return policy is not included if the artwork you bought is SOLD OUT at tooaces.com. We do not accept returns on custom orders or gift cards.
We don’t accept returns on art prints if the package is opened up because the art print can get scratches and fingerprints on it. You can only return the art print if the tube isn’t opened up.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. We do not accept returns for changes to a design.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Yes, you can cancel your order! If we haven't started fulfilling your order you can cancel it (fulfillment takes 1-4 days).
WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T COLLECT MY PACKAGE?
In the event that products are returned to us due to customers failing to pick up their package, we charge a €35 euro fee. This covers shipping to and from you, as well as handling and restocking of products.
WHAT IF THE ORDER IS LOST IN THE MAIL?
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We'll cover the costs of shipping a replacement order for you.
We may ask for your help before doing that, like confirming that the shipping address was correct. It would also be good to double-check that you got in touch with your local post office to try locating the lost order.
Keep in mind that if tracking information states an order was delivered but you say you haven't received it, we won't take responsibility and reship that order. In that case, any replacements would have to be at your expense.
No Customs or local taxes on orders to the EU and US for Art Prints and Canvas. If you get any customs just send us an email. Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customer's own expense. Only outside the EU and US.
